Champions Livestock Judging Camp
A three day, intense judging camp designed for 4-H and FFA members (ages 14-18) who
are seriously interested in enhancing their livestock judging and oral communication
skills. Prior livestock judging experience is necessary for this camp. Workouts will be
conducted similar to those at a collegiate level.
K-State Livestock Judging Coach, Payton Dahmer, will conduct the training for each
camp. The camp will focus primarily on the proper format, terminology, and
presentation of oral reasons. Camp participants will also be exposed to livestock
evaluation skills and incorporating performance records in the decision-making
process.

Registration closed Friday, May 16, 2025
Camp 1 - June 2-4 (Monday-Wednesday)
Camp 2 - June 9-11 (Monday-Wednesday)

Discovery Days
Kansas 4-H Discovery Days is planning to be in-person on KSU campus June 4-6th, 2025.
When: June 4-6th, 2025
Who: Youth ages 13-18 before January 1, 2025
Cost: Coming soon! Some class sessions may have additional fees associated
